A proper cape for a dog with presence.
Red satin on one side, black on the other, a tall stand-up collar and a hem cut into bat-wing points. At 63 cm long it is made for a medium or large dog — on a small one it becomes a floor-length gown.
This is the big one: 63 cm from collar to hem and 62 cm across. For a cat or a small dog, the cat vampire cape is the better fit.

The collar stands up behind the head and frames the face; the cape falls over the back and sides. It is cut as a cape, not a coat, so there are no leg holes and nothing to fit around the body.

Which dogs does it fit?
Medium and large dogs — think beagle up to shepherd. On a small dog it reaches the floor, which some people like and some trip over.
Can a cat wear it?
It would drag well behind a cat. Our cat vampire cape is the same idea at cat size.
Will it stay on?
The elastic neckband holds it, and the ribbon ties at the front. It is a cape, so it moves; it is not fastened around the body.
Can my pet wear it all evening?
For photos and a short while, yes — but not unsupervised. A costume is dress-up, not clothing. Take it off if your pet pants, freezes, scratches at it or tries to reverse out of it, and never leave a pet alone in costume: straps and ties can snag.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Delivery estimates show at checkout, and tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel ships. Costumes come from our supplier's warehouse, so give it time — ordering in the first half of October is the safe side of the date.
