Shipping & Returns
We are a small shop. Orders are picked and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Rates
- Standard shipping: $5.95, free on orders over $49.
- Express shipping: $14.95.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery usually lands 5-9 business days after dispatch. Express is usually 2-4 business days. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and they stretch around public holidays.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase it.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Food and treats can only be returned unopened, for safety reasons. Email support@thetinypet.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it. You will not pay return shipping on our mistake.
