What comes in the set of four?

One dish in each of the four colours — cream, pink, yellow and sage.

Is it deep enough for water?

It will hold water, but a 2 cm rim is shallow — expect to top it up, and expect spills if your cat is a paddler. It is really meant for food.

Will it slide around on a hard floor?

At about 320 g it has enough weight to stay put for a cat. It is ceramic, so it is the floor rather than the dish you need to worry about if it does go over the edge of a counter.

Any special care?

Ceramic is glazed and wipes clean. Hand washing keeps the glaze and any painted detail looking new longest. Check for chips now and then — a chipped rim is sharp and is the point to retire a bowl.

How accurate are the measurements?

Every piece is finished by hand, so allow a little variation in size and in the exact shade of the glaze. Ceramic is like that; it is not a fault.

Free shipping on every order. Tracking is sent as soon as your parcel ships. Ceramic travels wrapped — tell us straight away if anything arrives chipped and we will replace it.

30-day returns. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@thetinypet.com to start a return.

Sizing. Measure your pet nose to base of tail and compare with the measurements in the description. Breed names are a poor guide - two dogs of the same breed can be 4 kg apart.

Washing. Beds and blankets are machine washable unless the description says otherwise. Wash covers separately, warm not hot, and tumble dry low so the filling keeps its shape.

Introducing something new. Change food gradually over about a week, mixing an increasing share of the new food in. Put a new bed where the old one was rather than somewhere better.

Safety. Supervise play with plush and rope toys, and put wand toys away between sessions. No toy is indestructible.
